In fiscal year 2021, the largest share of gas transmissions under GAIL India Limited's mix of products was from the Administrative price mechanism/Non-administrative price mechanism at 45 percent. Re-gasified liquefied natural gas made up for another 38 percent of the transmission mix. GAIL India is one of the largest suppliers and producers of natural gas in the country and they also use foreign and other domestic suppliers to cater to the total demand for gas.
