HCA Healthcare is the largest health system or integrated delivery network (IDN) in the United States, whether by the number of hospitals, number of hospital beds, or net patient revenue. As of December 2023, besides 186 hospitals, HCA healthcare also operated some 2,400 ambulatory sites of care in 20 states in the U.S. and the U.K. This includes, 157 FSERs, 124 ambulatory surgery centers, and 325 urgent care centers among others.
