Digital high street: in-store technologies consumers want to see in the UK 2017
Consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) were keen to see in-store technologies on the high street. According to the results of a survey conducted in 2017, 45 percent of UK consumers would like to see personalized offers sent in-store. More than half of respondents said they would like to see AI-powered technologies such as smart mirrors and virtual reality in high street stores. Deliveries powered by Internet of Things were also another retail technology that UK consumers wished to experience, confirmed by nearly a quarter of respondents.
