This statistic shows the percentage distribution of self-employed journalists according to the level of income in Spain in 2017, by gender. Around ten percent of men and 23 percent of women had an average income of less than 600 euros per month. Also, slightly less than ten percent of men freelancers generated more than 4 thousand euros per month, while non of the women respondents received this level of income.
