This statistic shows the result of a survey conducted on the reliability of people that the respondents know predominantly in person as sources of news in Malaysia as of February 2019. According to data from Ipsos, 53 percent of Malaysian respondents had a fair amount of trust in people they know predominantly in person as credible news sources, while 25 percent of Malaysian respondents did not trust them as news sources very much.
