The source provided the information that the data is based on the Economic Census for Business Activity as of June 1st. Excluding enumeration districts including difficult-to-return areas set by the director-general of the Nuclear Emergency Response Headquarters after the occurrence of the Great East Japan Earthquake, based on the Act on Special Measures Concerning Nuclear Emergency Preparedness. Electronic commerce refers to what was contracted (ordering is determined) through a computer network such as the Internet, for goods with a monetary consideration or provision of service.
