Quarterly price index of apartments in Luxembourg 2013-2023
The apartment price index in Luxembourg declined for the second quarter in a row in the first quarter of 2023. Nevertheless, at 190.2 index points, the price index was 0.8 index points higher than the same quarter in 2022. The index tracks the development of prices, with 2015 chosen as a base year. An index value of 190 means that apartment prices had increased by 90 percent since 2015.
