This includes cost of materials installed or erected, cost of labor, cost of construction equipment rental, contractor's profit, cost of architectural and engineering work, miscellaneous overhead and office costs chargeable to the project on the owner's books and interest and taxes paid during construction; Covers construction work done each month on new structures or improvements to existing structures for private and public sectors (in 50 states and the District of Columbia).
