There's just one week to go until the ninth Rugby World Cup gets underway in Japan. This is going to be the first time the tournament is held in Asia which is outside the game's traditional strongholds. Despite the distance involved, legions of fans are still going to make the trip. So which countries will most of them come from?
Projections were made in March as ticket sales entered their final stages which found that England fans had snapped up the largest portion. Out of the 1.8 million tickets, they accounted for 23.9 percent while 15.6 percent went to Australian fan and 7.9 percent were bought by Irish fans.
