What you do
- Conducting in-depth customer data analysis and advising (senior) stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Developing strategic recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
- Mapping customer lifecycle journeys and pinpointing pain points to enhance retention and minimize churn.
- Performing funnel analyses to optimize user experience.
- Acting as a strategic partner for business stakeholders to discuss, test, and guide analytics-related initiatives.
- Simplifying complex analytics and statistical insights into actionable steps for business stakeholders.
- Presenting findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner.
Who you are
- Successfully completed studies in data science, economics, social sciences, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a keen focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand and dive deeply into new topics.
- Passion for developing, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to derive strategic recommendations.
- Ability to clearly and succinctly explain complex issues.
- High standards for the quality of your work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
