What you do
- As part of our Client Success team, you will manage our worldwide clients alongside the Client Success Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Collect customer feedback, recognise customer needs and find solutions
- Create monthly mailings and analyse usage of the client base
- Create and maintain client files in CRM, Salesforce
Who you are
- Enrolled student preferably in an economics programme, alternatively communications, psychology, social sciences or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Customer and solution-orientated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Place of work: Hamburg
