What you do
- In this role, you will work closely with our CPO
- Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product division
- Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters
- Proactively support our CPO in meeting routines
- Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings, attend them, and partly lead them
- Facilitate management decisions by providing reports and analysis
Who you are
- Completed university degree in business or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
- Experience of managing cross-functional projects
- Experience of working in a cross-cultural, global environment
- Reliable, accurate and independent working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a plus.
- A collaborative, empathetic and pro-active team player, able to deliver excellent results even under time pressure
