What you do
- Develop a unified Tracking system for Statista
- Create a compelling Tracking Strategy
- Lead a team of Fullstack and Data Engineers, as well as Technical Marketing Mangers
- Enable comprehensive A/B Testing
- Ensure Compliance of Tracking and Web Analytics
Who you are
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills for managing diverse hybrid teams in an international growth environment.
- Tracking Systems (Web and Server): Extensive experience in setting up comprehensive and unified tracking systems for both web and server environments.
- Data Engineering: Proficiency in architectural patterns and tools for collecting, storing, processing and enriching event data, ideally within an AWS environment.
- Web Development: Solid understanding of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Remix) and Back-End Development (Server-Side Programming in PHP, Node.js, TypeScript, Databases such as Athena, Redshift, PostgreSQL and APIs) ideally within an AWS environment.
- Tracking Strategy: Significant experience in developing detailed tracking plans for Single Page Applications (SPAs) and integrated channel marketing tools, providing stakeholders with a unified and coherent data set on user behavior.
- A/B Testing: Experience in application-based A/B testing and data analysis.
- Product & Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in product development, product performance analysis, and lifecycle management.
- Consent Tracking and GDPR Compliance: Knowledge of consent management solutions and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws.
