Should Parents Talk To Kids About Coronavirus?
At least 14 percent of U.S. adults think parents should not talk to their children about the novel coronavirus outbreak, which has spread throughout the world, according to a new study conducted by YouGov. At 72 percent, most people noted parents should talk to their kids about the SARS-like virus, which has killed at least 3,200 people and infected more than 91,000.
The outbreak first emerged in Wuhan, China in December. Since then, the respiratory virus, dubbed COVID-19, has spread to dozens of countries. The only continent that has not been infected is Antarctica.
In America, at least nine people have died and more than 130 people have been infected with COVID-19.
