Beyoncé: Queen of the Grammys

In a career not short on superlatives, Beyoncé has added another record to her long list of accomplishments. The 41-year-old singer took home four prizes at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, bringing her total to 32 wins at the most prestigious award show the music industry has to offer. With her latest victories, including awards for the Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album, "Queen Bey" surpassed Georg Solti, the great Hungarian-British conductor, who has 31 Grammy Awards to his name.

Beyoncé, who also shares the record for most Grammy nominations with her husband Jay-Z, did miss out in the most coveted categories of the night this year, as Harry Styles took home the Album of the Year award for "Harry's House" and Lizzo won Record of the Year for "About Damn Time".

Aside from Beyoncé, her husband Jay-Z and former collaborator Kanye West, the list of individuals with the most Grammy Award includes many artists that aren't necessarily household names. Especially younger music fans and those unfamiliar with jazz and classical music may struggle to recognize many of the most decorated artists in the Grammys' 65-year-long history.
